Hello, my name is Amy Krygsman and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I graduated from California State University, Fullerton where I received a Master of Science Degree in Counseling, as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree in both Psychology and Sociology. Over the last 7 years, I have had the opportunity to work in a wide range of mental health settings, including community outpatient clinics, public schools, and a residential therapeutic program. I have had the privilege to provide individual, group, couples and family therapy. The majority of my clinical experience has been providing therapy to youth and their families involved in foster care and the juvenile justice system. I offer a person-centered, strengths-based approach. I use multiple evidence-based practices that fit the specific needs of each individual client, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

Hello, my name is Janet Soria and I am a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (English and Spanish). I graduated from California State University, Fullerton with my Master's in Counseling. During my experience in the mental health field, I have had the pleasure of working in the following settings: public schools and non-profit community outpatient clinics. In addition, I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, familial/interpersonal conflicts, and trauma. The majority of my clinical experience has been working with the Hispanic community providing culturally competent services in both English and Spanish in the Orange County area.
I am passionate about providing a non-judgmental environment and empowering clients to accomplish their mental health goals. I offer a Client-Centered and Humanistic approach and use evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Functional Family Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques.
