Hello, my name is Janet Soria and I am a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (English and Spanish). I graduated from California State University, Fullerton with my Master's in Counseling. During my experience in the mental health field, I have had the pleasure of working in the following settings: public schools and non-profit community outpatient clinics. In addition, I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, familial/interpersonal conflicts, and trauma. The majority of my clinical experience has been working with the Hispanic community providing culturally competent services in both English and Spanish in the Orange County area.
I am passionate about providing a non-judgmental environment and empowering clients to accomplish their mental health goals. I offer a Client-Centered and Humanistic approach and use evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Functional Family Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques.
We are all human and experience a range of emotions that can make living life a challenge. I believe that therapy can be most effective by working together to highlight current positive ways of coping and modifying coping skills that are no longer servicing you. I look forward to meeting you and working together to meet your mental health goals.

Hello, my name is Stephany Guzman and I am a bilingual (Spanish and English) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Counseling. My work in this field began with running teen groups, providing individual therapy, and community outreach at the LGBT Center OC. For the last four years I was able to provide comprehensive, customized, and fully integrated mental health support for students through school-based services. The support expanded across three tiers which include prevention, targeted intervention, and intensive intervention. I worked with children, families, teachers, and school staff by providing consultations, helping manage symptoms, strengthening support, and coordinating care. In my career I’ve had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults of various backgrounds. I’ve treated clients with depression, anxiety, ADHD, conduct disorders, eating disorders, body dysmorphia, trauma, grief, daily stressors, work/school problems, and relationship problems. My primary goal as a therapist is to provide a safe space in which my clients feel seen, accepted, and unconditionally supported. I truly enjoy watching my clients transform into their authentic self through finding their voice and gaining a new perspective of life.

We all feel alone sometimes: burned out, disconnected, over it. Sometimes those emotions stick around and make it hard to find your way forward. If you're feeling that way and reading this, please know that I'm here to help. You don't have to figure it all out on your own. Whatever you're facing, therapy can be the first step toward a more meaningful, joyful life.
As a licensed therapist, I’m dedicated to helping people overcome life's challenges. My name is Danielle Norwood and I have been providing therapy in Southern California since 2013. I received my MA at Pacific Oaks College in Pasadena and worked with adolescents and women in residential care before moving into the outpatient setting. I specialize in helping adolescents and women navigate trauma, ADHD, and life transitions. I also welcome children and adults seeking care.
I believe deeply in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen and supported. I use a Relational Cultural Therapy framework, meaning we work together as partners to look at how your relationships and experiences have shaped who you are. I also draw on mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you build practical coping skills and create lasting change.
